Am I eligible?

It is for adults over 65 years with Medicaid and a Managed Health Plan Group. We also have special plans for people who are not qualified through their health plan.

 

Will it cost me anything?

No. It's Totally FREE. 

 

What are the benefits?

We believe in providing quality care service to all our members. We conduct monthly trips to shopping malls, Temples, Gurdwara. Trips to scenic locations within and outside New York and Cruises.

 

Will I receive transportation?

We provide free transportation to all our members who have Medicaid and are enrolled with Managed care.
